I just purchased iPod (5th generation Late 2006)—also known as iPod with video or Fifth Generation iPod and when I connect it to my computer to transfer music to it, I can't get past a DO NOT DISCONNECT symbol. It is fully charged. It won't show up in iTunes when connected. HELP, please!
