Can we use any Apple USB-C Power Adapter for MacBook Air

I have a 87W USB-C Power Adapter (Model A1719) and a new MacBook Air 2020. Can I use this power adapter for my MacBook Air? Any problems when we use higher wattage Power Adapters on newer MacBooks?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

The higher wattage adapter will not harm it. It only draws as much power as it is designed for.
