Recently, I went to the Apple store for this issue and a technician said it was because I had background app on and a Face ID feature on that I didn’t need on and all of the sudden I’m having this issue again. I checked and saw the apps using the most battery and saw it was safari Reddit and recently deleted apps, for safari is there a fix for this? Also is there a setting that I should r have on causing this issue?

I know for sure it’s a setting on my iOS device I just don’t know for sure what because I went like I said to an appointment and they turned a few stuff off like background app off and some with with Face ID. Any settings on that cause this?
