Return address & trade in credit
I purchased a new MAC computer with the understanding that Apple would send a trade-in shipping kit for me to return my old MAC & receive a $290.00 credit. TWO trade-in kits later - both arrived without a shipping label. I am now waiting to receive a THIRD kit so that I can return my original MAC via post.
I do not need these boxes, what a waste of resources. I could not get the support team to email a shipping label.
Anyone else have similar issues with their trade-ins?
