Education pricing in Singapore as a foreign university student

I'm looking to buy MacBook Pro in Singapore. Am I eligible for the education pricing for students if I'm from Europe?

Getting in touch with Apple about a feature that needs to be available in Canada, Apparently Education pricing with monthly installments is only available to Americans. I'm a student in Canada and was happy to see I can purchase a Mac on their website with monthly installments which made me super excited. When I went to the Apple Education store website, the monthly pricing option wasn't there. Does anybody have an email address which I can get in touch with to hopefully have Apple get this really simple and customer friendly feature in available in Canada?

Eligibility of Educational Pricing (UK School but in PH) Taking up a bachelor’s degree course given by University of London but I live in the Philippines. There is available educational pricing in my country. Will i be elligible for it if my school is located overseas? Planning on buying an iMac for my studies.
