I haven’t received any emails in weeks. I don’t know if a setting got changed.

Which email account was that? What specific settings did you try? Were you able to receive emails from this account before? Can you access this account successfully from a web browser?

We don't either. As such, let's start with a few questions, as all we know so far is that you have an iPhone 7, running iOS 14 and you are not getting any emails.


Remember, we can only go on what you provide us.


Some things that can help are:

  • Are you using the Apple Mail app on this phone to access your emails?
  • Is this issue with one specific email account or all of them that is configured in this app?
  • What have you tried, so far yourself to resolve this, so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?
