My iPhone 13 Pro Max has the sound go off then on?

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but since I updated to ios 15.3 the sound will go out, but when I go into Sounds and Haptics and move the ringer volume I can hear the tone. For some reason, the sound will come back on. I can’t listen to videos on YouTube or Facebook or any other video. I’ve checked do not disturb in the focus settings, did a hard reset, checked the side on/off switch on the side of the phone. I don't know if I need to take it in or not. Has anyone had the same problem?

To start, did you get a chance to try all the steps in the related article linked in blue at the top left corner of this page? If so, what were the results exactly?

If you open a video in Safari, are you able to hear any sound? Are you using headphones or any other audio devices with your iPhone?
