I forgot my iPhone Notes password

I forgot my notes password. What can be done?

Here are the steps I took to access my notes from Apple's server.:

  • Go to privacy.apple.com
  • Choose "Request a copy of your data" under the heading "Get a copy of your data", which takes you to a page where you choose which data you want to download.
  • Choose Select All or individually check the data you want.
  • Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
  • Click the Complete Request button that appears on that page.
  • Wait for an email with a link to your data. Probably will take a few days.
  • Click the link. The data downloads.
  • I can't remember if the original file is zipped, but if it is, you just need to double-click on it and of course, double click on the iCloudNotes.zip file that you'll see in the ensuing folder.
  • All your notes will be in separate folders and any images will be in a subfolder named Attachments

I think that's all the steps. It worked for me.
