My Software Update (in Preferences) checks for updates... but nothing happens.
No results, no updates.
I've tried going through the App Store for Mac OS, but can't get any updates that way either.
Now what do I do?
iMac 27″, macOS 11.6
User profile is correct as in running macOS 11.6 Big Sur ?
The Apple Update Delivery System has been acting up for some weeks now.
Suggest restarting in Recovery Mode ( Command + r ) immediately at restart.
Choose the Reinstall macOS and this should bring down the latest Version of Bug Sur version 11.6.3
This method should not touch personal files, setting and applications.
Best to do A Time Machine Backup before attempting

Upgrading to Monterey without a Fully update Big Sur may or may no provided good results.

And you're using Safari for those links ???
Yes, that link takes me to Safari, which takes me to the App store, which takes me to Software Update, which says "Finding Update" forever, with no result.
Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

What is the desired result from any of these links? All of them take me to the App Store, which goes to Software Update, which doesn't work...
Well, they do the same here but do work, some browsers work & some don't.
