apple watch haptic feedback

Apple watch wont give haptic vibratio when I receive whatsapp or instagram messages.

I have apple watch series 7 and iPhone 11. I keep both of them connected all the time. I get haptic feedback and a overview on the apple watch screen if I receive a message on iMessenger or Microsoft Teams.

However same is not happening with whatsapp and instagram, I receive overview but not the haptic feedback.

please let me know, I have tried so many settings but nothings seems to be working
