iCloud

Hey Apple.

my girlfriend Lost her iPhone Yesterday. She is trying to erase her iPhone, but she can’t.. when we try to login on iCloud we get told she Will get a code on her phone. The problem is we don’t have her phone. So how are we supposed to login without her Phone. She do not have a MacBook or any other kind of IOS device.

Please help us..
