Trusted devices list not available on wifi

When I go into my apple id info in settings on my iphone pro 12 and ipad pro (both lasted ios releases) I see the message that ‘Trusted devices list is not available’. I also can’t select either ‘name, phone numbers, emails’ or ‘password and security’ as I get the pop up message ‘cannot connect to icloud’. This only started recently most likely with the latest ios update to 15.3 and only when using wifi. There are no issues when using mobile data.

We’ve restarted our router and modem but this hasn’t made a difference. I’ve also restarted all devices. My husband is also having the same issues and he has a new iphone 13 pro and ipad pro..

Does anyone have any ideas of what’s going on?

Hello

I and my relatives are experiencing the same issue as you. I can log into my iCloud account through the website and all my account settings are as they should be so I can only think it is an issue when using the settings app whilst using Wi-Fi.

Doesn’t seem to matter which device you are using either as my iPad along with a iPod touch and iPhone and 3 different accounts are all experiencing the same issue.
