I get a iCloud unavailable message trying to access password & security in settings. Trusted device list missing. Started with updating to iOS 15.2. Cannot bring up anything on settings screen for my iCloud. I signed out and back in without issue. Any thoughts? Apple problem? My wife is on 15.1 and sees same thing. It happens on cellular and Wi-Fi.

I can sign in to iCloud without issue, the Password & Security option is not working on WIFI and Trusted Device list doesn't populate over WIFI.
On Cellular it works fine. I have no issue signing into iCloud, my phone has an issue connecting to iCloud for Password and Security on the settings option of my iPhone and will only work when using cellular. I am able to look at Payment options, Subscriptions, Name and Phone Number, but not Password & Security when on WIFI. The message that displays after about 5 minutes of a spinning circle is this:
And the spinning circle on setting page. Everything below works on WIFI except Password and Security as well as populating the trusted device list. When I turn WIFI off, those options begin to function. In the below shot, Name, Payment, Subscriptions, Media, iCloud, and Family Sharing all work over WIFI; however, password & Security does not. Only over Cellular.
