Clicked on scam text

Hi, so my boyfriend accidentally clicked on the link comes with the scam text which I forgot to delete immediately. He said the website was loaded for like a few seconds then he realised it was something wrong and closed it.

However, I noticed that one of my contact title turned into the phone number instead of the contact name in messages and disappeared in my contacts.

I am not sure what to do next, could someone please tell me what to do.

Hello Souprsoupr,

We understand your boyfriend clicked a link from a phishing message and now you're missing a contact from your device. We'd be happy to assist you.

Do you know if this contact that you're missing was synced with your iCloud? If so, let's go into the Contacts app, if you have the option to tap on Groups on the top left, go ahead and tap on it. Let's be sure each contact group is checked. Once checked, be sure your contact is showing again.
