Limited edition awards missing

I own iwatch 6 which is up to date. Suddenly I am unable to see my limited edition awards on my watch, even though I can find them on my fitness app on my iphone. I tried restarting both my iphone and my iwatch, as well as unpairing my watch. Neither of the above solutions worked.

Help?

Missing all Limited Edition Awards Just noticed all limited edition awards are missing on the phone but still visible on the watch. It is as if the limited edition area on the phone doesn’t even exist. Gone. Vanished. Nothing is visible but the regular areas, monthly awards, first workouts, etc. Restarting phone and watch did not work for me. Stand alone Watch app is not installed on Apple Watch. Hi, I am a developer of an stand alone Apple Watch app. My app has no issue until last few months. But recently, many of consumers keep sending a feedback that the app is NOT installed their Apple Watch. So I sent back the following instuction. "On the Watch, App Store → Account → Purchased → (Choose my app and tap cloud button)" But they said they CAN'T FIND my app on the Purchased list, and their Purchased list shows nothing on there even if they chose [Purchased → Show → (Select All on Purchased page)]. They also tried to reboot their iPhone and Apple Watch several times and checked their Wi-Fi connection, but nothing worked. Please give me a solution as soon as possible. Due to this problem, my app's review is getting lower. :( --------- I attach some of their device details and screenshots. I think most of them has latest version of iOS and watchOS. iPhone 14, iOS 16.5.1 Apple Watch SE, WatchOS 9.5.2

No Awards Section? I just noticed that the Awards Section Is missing on my Apple Watch Series 1, Is this a bug or am I supposed to do something? My Apple Watch Is Running on WatchOS 6.3 And iPhone On iOS 16.0.2

Make sure your health app is backing up to iCloud, then your limited edition awards should appear your phone, mine did.
