Super tired of kernel panics on my 2020 27" iMac. Do I have a lemon?
I have had so many kernel panics while working that I'm starting to think Apple put a dud out. Here's what happens 1-3 times a day. I work on Photoshop, and it restarts randomly, then gives me these messages. (attached). I reset the PRAM, I went to an earlier version of Photoshop in case it was Adobe's issue (it's not... still has panics) I updated to Big Sur 11.6.3... still panics. I downloaded and used Clean My Mac X... still panics. Right now I have only my keyboard and Wacom tablet... I disconnected my 2nd monitor. It's the only other variable. If it is because of a second monitor... I'm not going to be happy. I need it for work. One screen is slowing me down. And this 2020 iMac should not be having this issue! I feel super angry, like I was sold a lemon. I did put 4 OWC 32 GB Ram PC4-21300 DDR4 2666MHz, thinking it was an issue (it was crashing before I put them in) Here's what I have... maybe I need a newer monitor? I am going crazy with this.
