App review shows different star rating to the one I gave

Hi there, I reviewed an app that I was very disappointed and frustrated with and gave it a 1 star rating. When I visited the App Store page for the app a few days later, I was dismayed to see that my rating was showing as 5 stars! Wondering if this was my error, I edited my review back down to a 1 star rating again but, after doing this and searching for my review, it again showed as a 5 star review!

My review text is unchanged and anyone reading it will see that I’m not happy with the app.

Is there a delay in the display of updates to reviews? And if the issue persists, should I report to the app’s developer or to Apple App Store Support?
