Can't transfer large video files from IPhone to PC

I'm trying to transfer some footage from my phone to my PC. Some of the file sizes got pretty big with the larger recordings. The smaller ones, up to 771 MB transferred fine, but now I've hit the ones that are going 1 GB and up and I keep receiving an error saying

Error Moving File or Folder

The device is unreachable.

I've tried looking it up and people say you need the same amount of memory free to transfer, but I have more than enough space on my phone. Not sure what to do.

Here's a pic of the error.

Two Things:

A. Are these in iCloud?

If so, download all of iCloud. See my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip. Once downloaded, transfer these to the PC.

No Success?

B. Whom to Contact:

Chat with Microsoft about this. Go Here: Contact Us - Virtual Agent - Microsoft Support. It's likely a restriction in the registry somewhere.

"Can't transfer large video files from IPhone to PC: So how much space do I need on my video? Because I though I had enough, while not 20%free, it is significantly larger than the video I am trying to transfer

Determining Storage:

Much storage capacity is on your device? Multiply its count by 0.2 and you’d see what 20% of your storage needs to be free.

Sync Through iCloud:

You only have 5GB of free iCloud storage. So, if you were to upload it to iCloud, then you show enable to download load it from iCloud. Enable Photos in iCloud. See if it then works.

Accessing Photos On an iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos
  5. Enable: iCloud Photos

II. On a Mac:

Access from iCloud, Manually:

  1. Go To: icloud.com
  2. Select: Photos
  3. Download: the Video

"No I’m not using iCloud. Some of my videos are larger than the storage I have either way, unfortunately."

Sync Through iCloud:

IF built-in capacity is no large enough, then they will not transfer. Always be certain you have at least 20% of free space on your device. As for iCloud, you can upload these to iCloud, if you were to upgrade your iCloud Storage Plan. Doing so, you would then download them to your Mac from iCloud. To sync these, download them from iCloud on your Mac. It seems to be the best way. Enable Photos in the iCloud settings on both devices.
