So earlier today I received an extremely bizarre voicemail on my phone.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? It was an empty voice message with noise in the background and I noticed the transcript after listening to it. Definitely spooked.

The background noise can be anything, such as the radio on, outside noise and other things.
It is possible that no message is left in the voicemail.
At the moment the call goes to voicemail, the caller hangs up.
