OS causes WhatsApp connection problem over some wi-fi connections.

When I open WhatsApp over my work wi-fi WhatsApp does not want to connect. I have tried multiple solutions I found on the internet but none of them gave me a permanent solution. And I also found that the people with iPhones was the only people that had this problem.


It would keep showing ''connecting...'' as show in the image below...


I would be most grateful if someone could help me with a solution.

The thing is that only people with iPhones has this problem, none of the Samsung phones has the problem and it is only in WhatsApp the problem consist in none of the other programs.
