DropBox to SongBook transfer

I create chordpro files on my pc that I also want to show up in my iPad. I transfer them into DropBox on my pc then go to DropBox on my iPad and, voila, there’s my file. I finally managed to “share” the file and then “air drop” it into SongBook, but it came in as gobbledygook computer language. There has to be a way.

Hello Jbskiles,

We understand you're unable to open a file from DropBox that was imported from a program called SongBook. We'd be happy to help in any way that we can.

Since this is a file created from a PC program, it may be best to reach out to the developer for a workaround to import your content to your iPad: Songbook PRo - How can we help you?

Alternatively, SongBook ChordPro has an app that is available for you iPad: SongBook Chordpro

I have the SongBook app on my PC AND the SongBook app for iPad on my iPad. It's much easier to create the original document on my PC with the intent of transferring it to my iPad via DropBox. I can take it through the whole process right up to the last step, moving it from DropBox on my iPad into SongBook on my iPad. I can see that this might be a question better directed to FaceBook or DropBox...I'm just taking a shot with you guys because I trust you to get me an answer more than the other guys. If you can't help me, I understand.
