Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad Model #A1843 - Numeric portion not working. Never has since purchased.

My numeric portion keypad has never worked since purchase. Any thoughts?

I have it installed on a Mac Mini M1, 2020.

Mac mini, macOS 12.2

Maybe Mouse Keys is enabled.

Control the pointer using Mouse Keys on Mac - Apple Support

Try pressing the Option key five times.

WOW! I was on over an hour with apple support and they escalated it up the tech line. And you figured it out! We have found out that it was in some settings because another user on the same machine could make the numeric keypad work.

Thank you so so much for fixing this secret!

It was the Mouse Keys that did the trick in Accessibility shortcuts! Thank you again!
