My Apple Watch is a series 3 and I just got the new iPhone 13mins max. It says it will need an update. So I updated it but can’t then I reset my entire watch to a new watch. And it’s asking me to update which I allowed but it’s just stuck on pause.

Try to update from the watch itself.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.

My iwatch screen is frozen & want allow me to shut down or anything…see screen …my situation is the same above but I’m stuck unfortunately please help
