I get this message when I try to synch: There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (-50).

"Loading iCloud Music Library" takes forever, then times out with "An Error Occurred" Hello: I've de-authorized all my devices and re-authorized only the ones I currently have, but on my brand new 2021 MacBook Pro, I put a check in "Sync Library" and it starts with "Loading iCloud Music Library" which literally can take over a day, but always fails with "An Error Occurred" Please help! Apple Music is skipping songs and cloud sync not working (error -9810) Every time I try to sync my library returns an error: "Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (-9810)." Does anybody know what this error refers to and how it could be possibly sovled?

Disable any VPN.

Reboot your router and computer and try again.

Check for malware with a free trial of Malwarebytes.
