Jpeg won’t open in emails
Since the last IOS update I can’t open jpeg images in my email and sometimes emails appear in machine language and I can’t read them

Are you able to download these images? If so, do they appear the same way.
Try sending an email to yourself with an attachment to see if it open: Work with email attachments on iPhone
If it's happening on one specific mail account, try removing that account and adding it again: If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
