Unable to validate my date of purchase. Please contact Apple Support

I tried to check my warranty at https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

The system advise me to input purchase date from a receipt, after that it gave me the following message:

We’re sorry, but we are unable to validate your date of purchase. Please contact Apple Support

What should I do to solve this problem?
