Recovery is not working and if I can update this phone through iTunes I can save my last 3 months of pictures. Also Apple has my phone on IOS 14 listed below but it's on 15.2 really strange.

Unfortunately, no. Once you've forgotten your passcode your phone is locked and you can't recover your data.
