My Apple Maps and also Find My list an incorrect address for my location I have tried to correct it in Maps by using “Report an Issue”. However after adding a photo and comment the “Send” button is not live so I can’t actually submit it .
I have a 13 mini running 15.2.1.

Prior to tapping "Send" do you tap the "Done" or Agree button in the lower right?

We understand you're unable to report an issue via the Maps app because the "Send" option isn't active. Which option are you selecting as the issue? If it is "Street or path name is wrong", you will want to update the "Name of the Street or Path": Report an incident in Maps on your iPhone.
If not selecting that one, let us know which one you're selecting.

In Maps, if your location can’t be determined precisely, you’ll see a blue circle around the marker." Another reason could be related to the address that appears when you sign into your Apple ID. For more information, scroll to the section labeled "What if I don’t recognize the location shown in my sign in notification?" in this article: Two-factor authentication for Apple I
Other factors such as third-party software that can adjust your date, time, and/or location, may be involved as well.

The FINDMY app displays that my iPhone is at 8 Sandy Beach Road. That address does not exist. I then opened APPLE MAPS. Selected REPORT AN ISSUE and then ADDRESS IS WRONG. I attached a photo showing the correct house number and a comment. At this point the SEND button is not functioning, so I am unable to submit the notice.
Also, I am correctly signed into my Apple account.
I have screen shots but don’t understand how to attach then to this post.

thanks for your continued help. Please remember that my original complaint is that FINDMY displays my location as “8 Sandy Beach Road.” This address does NOT exist. I attempted to report the error in MAPS. I am unable to submit the notification of the error in Maps. I can supply screen shots as documentation but do not know how to do that.
