iCloud is a service designed to keep all of your devices updated with the same information. This means that if Tidal supports it, you can allow iCloud to sync its data from your iPhone to other devices you use with iCloud: Keep third-party app data up to date on all your Apple devices with iCloud - Apple Support. iCloud does not, however, act as external or cloud storage for your data.
