I have black lines/shadows on bottom of macbook screen

I am using MacBook Pro with touch bar 2017 model. All of a sudden, there are translucent black lines and shadows appearing at the bottom of the screen. I went to the Apple Store to run a simple system check, but nothing seems to be wrong with it. Also, when I connect a second screen, the lines aren't there.

That does not look good. It could be an issue with the Logic Board, the cable connecting to the display or the display itself. In other words, it appears to be a hardware issue. I recommend that you have your MacBook examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
