"The application can't be open -10673"
I can not open message linked to the email , I am getting message "the application can't be open -10673".
Any suggestion how to fix it.

Thanks for prompt reply. My default browser is Google Chrome. I have been using Chrome for long time and it work well before. For last few months this problem become issue.
I have notice that it does not happens every time I check my emails. If I can't open email's attachment I restart computer and it correct itself.

Opening e-mail attachment is a different matter.
Is one saying " the application can't be open -10673 " is directly related to " Attachments " received in an email.
Or is one saying a link( url ) in an email will not open and the error message appears.
Then this Attachment is an Unknown File to this computer.
What is the the file name and what extension is associated with this file.
Is it a picture file, a PDF file, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint file or some other file that this computer does not have an application to open it with.?
What Browser is set as the Default Browser ?
Check in Network Setting and verify if there are any Proxy setting that need to be removed or changed.
Yes it is directly related to the "attachment" in an email.
