Music keeps opening and playing by itself on Mac Mini

i've found the upgrade, and though the Music app was starting all the time when I was starting the upgrade, Mac has now been running for about an hour without Music joining in. I am hopeful this is now resolved. Thank you very much for your advice!

it's doing it again! i was off the mac for a couple of weeks with covid. back on a few days ago and music is starting itself up randomly again, repeatedly, infuriatingly, unstoppably it seems. i'm starting to think that taking the hour's trip to the Apple shop is the only option. music app has broken into this message eight times by this point. any advice gratefully received. thank you. make that nine times.
