Installing Catalina OS

Hi, I work in a production environment, and as such, we don't have chance to keep up to date with Mac OS's, as there are various workflows and tools that we use which often don't keep up in regards to compatibility (Esko etc). So, I need to update to Catalina, but I'm finding it extremely difficult via the App Store. It just doesn't seem to be there - and doing it through Apple support gets me to the right place, but there's no 'Get' or 'Cloud' button which I was expecting... Can anyone help?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.14

Hi there.

The installer is no longer in the App Store since they only show the latest macOS version. I'm not sure what Catalina links you have tried, but I have personally downloaded older macOS versions in the past and I used this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683

Scroll down to the link to macOS Catalina and click the link to download the installer. Let me know if you still don't see a button after clicking the link.
