Etre Check tells me I have a Beta version installed

Etre check informs that the OS is a Beta version, computer says no. How can I fix this?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.1

You are using the old Mac App Store version of EtreCheck. That version has been discontinued and has no knowledge of current or future versions of macOS. Download and use EtreCheckPro instead. Unfortunately, as the developer of EtreCheck, I’m not allowed to give you the link.

It would be interesting to hear Apple's answer to why it is no longer available...I don't

put things on my devices unless they come from the app store.
