I take pics for my ebay store with Picture box and Vivid cool setting. the photos used to come out clear, all of a sudden, a few months back, the background is vey dark. No mater what setting I use, if I tried to brighten the photo , the covers are affected. It distorts the entire photo and the integrity has been affected. I also use the "Most Comfortable' format. any suggestions

If you have the same problem with other situations outside the light box you may need yo get the phone looked at.
