I've lost all of my voice memos?

My voice memos on Apple Watch was not syncing with my Iphone, so I've unpaired the Apple Watch, and re-paired from backup, but after that all of my voice memos were lost. They were important recordings for me and I'm really sad now. It's incomprehensible for me why the backup not comprise the voice memo files too. If there is a solution for backup these files, please let me know. If I make a new voice memo the name of the recording is started from 30, so I hope there is a way to do that.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're missing some voice memos after you recently unpaired your Apple Watch from your iPhone. We'd be happy to help.

If you're using iCloud to sync your voice memos, then they wouldn't be included in your Apple Watch backup, which would explain why you're not seeing them. Instead, you'll need to make sure you have them set to sync in iCloud. To do so, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Voice Memos.

You wouldn't need to do this on the Apple Watch. Seeing as how your Apple Watch is a companion device for your iPhone, it should be displaying whatever your iPhone is displaying. If you're not seeing the voice memos on the iPhone, they won't show on the Apple Watch.

You'll again want to ensure that you have voice memos set to sync to your iPhone under Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. Once enabled and showing on the iPhone, they should then be accessible from the Apple Watch as well.

It seems part of the problem that on Apple Watch I can't tap on my name and open the iCloud settings. (On my phone I can do that, but nothing changes). That's why I unpaired the Apple Watch, because I thought it will solves that problem and if I do this setting the synchronization will be fine again. I was wrong.

iCloud storage indicates Voice memo app is 67.2 Mb, which originally need 4.2 Mb space, so there could be some files, but not showing that these files. I have also done a factory reset on my phone and recover backup from iCloud, but no results.
