Subscription to AppleTV+ ended early, won't let anyone in 'family' sign up.
I have received a subscription with the purchase of a computer. It was supposed to end, by my estimates on 4/22/2022. But it for some reason ended today. I was sharing this account with a family member who signs in on a TV upstairs in the same house. He cannot sign up to pay for appleTV+ because 'a family member already has it for free.' I cannot use the service, it appears to have expired - but I received no notification of this - it just wants me to sign up & pay for an account. So we are stuck, neither of us can watch.
