1080p on iPads YouTube doesn’t appear

Hi guys I updated my YouTube on my mini iPad 3 and most of videos on YouTube doesn’t show me 1080p and it’s really struggling since I am learning on YouTube and now I can’t.

I have have a strong 4g connection and all my devices are running great but the iPad doesn’t.

Some channels on YouTube such as LinusTechTips have the 1080p but most doesn’t.
