Try this Apple Support article for how to set up / turn off alarms:

"Set an alarm on iPhone":

Says:

Remove a regular alarm


To remove a regular alarm in the Clock app,

tap Edit at the top left,

tap the Delete button , then tap Delete.

Remove the wake up alarm


You can remove the wake up alarm by deleting or turning off your sleep schedules.

Do one of the following:

Thank you for your reply, and for letting us know your "ghost" alarm is a regular daily alarm / reminder / alert.

Sorry no-one yet has come up with a solution for you.


Could a paired Apple Watch be the alarm source ?

or

If you could identify the particular alarm sound/ ringtone ...

maybe the source (audio file?) of that particular sound could be somehow deleted./ removed from iPhone,

or replaced with a blank-silent audio file ?
