facetime doesn’t work on Microsoft device

As seen from above photos I’ve taken, one is from my iphone facetime and the other is on my Microsoft computer facetime using shared link, as you can see my Microsoft computer works fine and I can see myself on my iphone, however, on my iPhone I wasn’t able to see myself on my computer as it just shows the yellow user icon. Any resolve for this? This has happened for at least a week now nothing works and I tried everything like restarting my Microsoft laptop, restarting my iPhone, changing facetime calls and everything else you could’ve possible think of to try and fix this issue.
