Sound quality error in AirPods 3

I was watching a video while using AirPods 3. However, the sound quality of the AirPods 3 became strange and the sound was cut off like a slow playback. To stop this from happening, you have to completely exit the video. This is very inconvenient when using AirPods 3. I'm telling you this is happening not just once, but multiple times. Can i repair or exchange or refund? This problem is very uncomfortable please help me can i solve this problem

I’m sorry to hear the your AirPods aren’t working as they should


First try following these steps to see if the problem goes away: https://support.apple.com/HT209369

If that doesn’t work try some of these steps:

try different apple devices.

Reset your AirPods: https://support.apple.com/HT209463

Try to reset you Bluetooth/network settings: https://support.apple.com/HT204051 do step 7

as a last resort reset you apple device that the problem occurred with.

if all fails then you should be able to get a repair or replacement under warranty.
