Disabled Account

Whenever I go to update apps, I receive a pop up stating my Apple ID and iTunes accounts have been disabled. What are the possible causes, and how can I fix this?

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
