iPhone 13 pro leather case

I bought this case from a local service provider store. But it felt way different from my iPhone 12 pro max leather case. It is slippery, thick, tough and apple logo is not pressed. It has serial number on the box and on the case. But feels weird. Did apple make any changes or it might be fake? What do you guys think?
