I downloaded the latest update and now my canon EOS t5i camera cannot download pics. Not to my Mac or my iPad. Please help!
i have never had a problem until the last couple months. I can’t even put the SD card into either the iPad adaptor or the Mac directly with success. Tried plugging my camera in directly to my computer and my iPad. Didn’t work either.
What error message do you get?
When you put the SD Card into your mac, and browse it with finder, what can you see? Is it possible the SD card is corrupted in some way. How has the SD card been formatted? Do you have another SD Card you can try.
Are the files raw files?
