My apple watch stuck with erase all content and settings,I already push the side and the crown buttons at the same time and don’t work,what can i do additional??

Apple Watch stuck on erase all content and settings I have a series 3 apple watch that seems to be stuck in a loop. it shows a screen with two options. Erase all content and settings or cancel. If i choose cancel the screen changes to the black screen with an apple on it. Then it goes back to the screen with choices to erase all content or cancel. If you choose erase all content it asks if you are sure. if you select the green check it looks like it is doing something then returns back to the screen with two options of erase all content or cancel. Holding the power off button has no effect. Has anyone seen this problem and what can i do to fix?

Apple Watch Everytime I click "Erase Content and settings" on Apple Watch it doesn't do anything and when I try to firmly click on the power off button to reset it it doesn't work either someone help I'm about to punch the hell out of my watch
