start up after a factory reset problem...

I have just factory reset my 2010 iMac. Though when it finished. It tried to log into the App Store to download and it then put a message on the screen saying that the App Store couldn't be reached. Now, consequently I cannot get past this point. There are no options that seem to work.

When I restart the Mac it simply goes back to the OS X Utility screen with the 4 options. I have tried restarting (turning the Mac off with the power button at the rear) with the "option" button, the "Command S", the "command R" and the "Option Command R" combinations. With the first 3 combinations on start up the screen is white then the apple icon appears then the screen goes black and asks for a language selection, then the OS X Disc Utility screen again. With the "option Command R" option I don't get the apple logo, I get a grey spinning globe in the middle of a white screen with the Wifi information below it. After a period of time the globe stops spinning and has a "large exclamation mark" in it with "apple.com/support - 2002F" below it. Any help would be much appreciated

For better results suggest Connection the Computer via Ethernet Cable to Router before attempting any of the methods one has already attempted.

The issues was - there was No Active and Functional Internet Connect during the previous attempts.
