iPhone 13pro app issue

Apps loaded from old iPhone show up on my screen but I’m unable to open a very important one, the Dexcom G6, which is used to monitor my blood sugar for my Diabetes. How can I fix this?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

Troubleshooting Opening Apps:

  • Remove/Install the App:

Try removing the app (hold you finger on it, and then tap the white-encircled "I" once it wiggles). Then go back to the App Store, and re-download the app. Once re-downloaded, install it, setting up what need be, and access this once more.
