IPhone case warranty
Apple support sent a replacement for my iPhone 12 silicone case due to defect, however I received the wrong color despite the correct color being noted on the case details. Upon contacting support again, they say they can’t specify color when sending a replacement and will not exchange for the correct color. The warranty indicates the same product will be provided unless the customer provides consent for a similar option. Is this accurate that they send a random color replacement product?
