I’ve noticed that a lot of people been posting 60fps videos on their stories but I can’t. I got the latest iPhone and I got wifi turned on if not then I got 5g. How can I post 60fps videos on Instagram? Does it have to do with the phone or the app?

On Instagram, go to settings>account>data usage> turn on high quality uploads.
