Facetime not counted in screen time when in a call

I have set a limit of 10 minutes screen time for FaceTime for my son. Usage will count when he opens FaceTime, but as soon he is in a call usage is no longer counted in screen time.

For example if he spends one minute choosing who he wants to call then stays in the call for 1 hour.

'See All Activity' will 1 hour 1 min for total usage but only 1 minute used for FaceTime.

FaceTime is not in the Always Allowed apps.

I want a way limit his FaceTime.

Hello Llxstr,

We see you're having issues with Screen Time, and we'd be happy to help get it headed in the right direction.

First, ensure their device is using the latest available iOS version. This helps to confirm all of the latest fixes and improvements are applied. Currently the latest version is iOS 15.3.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

It may also help to try removing and setting up the restriction again.

If the issue still persists, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly for a further investigation: Get Support

Cheers.
